Eligibility:
• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Limited-edition or custom artist cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund Process:
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full or partial refund within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.
Defective or Damaged Items:
• If your card arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@darklord.online within 7 days with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
